A 1 hour massage as per your direction: Swedish, Deep Tissue, addressing some painful or tight/tender areas, a general all-over body massage. Your level and direction for pressure and method is at your discretion
By utilizing the additional time, we can include an assessment if there is a dysfuntion or to include additional time to address a chronic or painful area needing additional attention. Or if you just want to enjoy an additional 1/2 hour of a relaxation massage.
